I don't know how one would be able to walk around balancing camera, purchases, and a drink but it's nice to know the option exists.
Second is this license plate seen while driving home in the snow. I was sorely tempted to follow the vehicle to see the garden but thought the driver might not appreciate that.
Thanks to Anna at Flutter and Hum for hosting Wednesday Vignette! Click here to see what's caught the eye of other participating bloggers. Can you believe that today is the last day of February? Hooray!
Every year that sign at the show catches my eye. I don't know if I should laugh or cry.
ReplyDeleteYes, I love that sign at the show even though I mostly don't drink (alcohol). I have been known to parade around with a coffee, but it is a difficult juggling act. Nigel keeps coming up with interesting ideas for license plates for our car, but I always nix them.
ReplyDeleteA dink in one's hand in the garden is a lovely thought. But somehow it sounds distracting, to say the least, at a show like this.
ReplyDeleteHa! I wonder if I could bag a PLNTMBL license for my car in California?
ReplyDeletePeter, you just need a beverage helmet. Next year?
ReplyDeleteBut of course they want you to drink!! It's that old school auction trick. Getting people drunk makes them far less stingy, and happy and excited to get in on the bidding wars. It works every time (and good god, am I glad I no longer have to be guilted into working on/going to auctions). I'm late to my own meme today - totally messed up the days! All good now, though...
ReplyDeleteThat is fun! Just went to a fundraiser art auction for a friend. The wine definitely helped the sales : )
ReplyDeleteI expect that the owner of PLNTWGN gets many inquiries and would welcome your acquaintance, Peter! Definitely their gain. :)
ReplyDeletePeter, the people who walk around with their drinks don't carry cameras and most likely, it buying, it's an order for something that would not fit in a bag to be carried.
ReplyDeleteBut that license plate - you really do need to find out who that is. After all, you do have the real plant wagon.
