Although this could very well be a picture of me finding a new treasure at a favorite nursery, it's actually an illustration by David Catrow for a children's book called Plantzilla.

Wednesday Vignette
Happy Valentine's Day All! My Vignette this Wednesday (Joining host Anna at Flutter and Hum) is a display of primroses from our local everything store and seemed appropriate for today.
I fixed myself a margarita and tacos for my Valentine's dinner. If DH was here, I would have made us a fancy meal as always. Tacos are my comfort or happy food since I was a little girl.

Oh, that's right, it's Valentine's Day. I am so unromantic.
ReplyDeleteHa! My FM did the same display a few years back. I wonder if the responsible employee moved from my store to yours?
ReplyDeletePortland's FM must be a trend-setter as this display was in Puyallup but I also spotted it at a North Seattle FM done with a yellow background.
DeleteOh my dog - that is the PERFECT Valentine Vignette! Happy V-day, Peter! <3
ReplyDeletePretty nice for an everything store! My honey is making me dinner. I did a red table but no fancy flowers.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely display.

I like it! We all need a little more love today. Happy Valentines Day to you, too.
ReplyDeleteSweet... Happy Valentine's Day to you too.

ReplyDeleteOh that is so sweet! Valentine's Day or not, it kind of makes me want to grow some deng ol primroses. :)
ReplyDeleteAwww...I hope you had a wonderful Valentine's Day, Peter.
ReplyDeleteHappy Day. I wish I could share my home made truffles with you.
