Although this could very well be a picture of me finding a new treasure at a favorite nursery, it's actually an illustration by David Catrow for a children's book called Plantzilla.

    1. It was originally built for that purpose. I don't know why they no longer use the structure for plants.

    1. Oh, and I keep forgetting to comment on your new embroidered emblem - it is lovely! The spider web in the corner is especially timely - love it! :)

  5. Someone is missing a fabulous opportunity. Greenery would add to the experience of the building and complement all those metal edges.

  6. I had to look up the history: originally built to display flora and fauna from the Philippines. Shouldn't they honor the original purpose of the structure? At least the flora part.

  7. The magnificent structure is a missed opportunity. If only they hired you, it would become a spectacular greenhouse, filled with amazing plants.
