Although this could very well be a picture of me finding a new treasure at a favorite nursery, it's actually an illustration by David Catrow for a children's book called Plantzilla.

Happy Thanksgiving All!

On this day, I'll be busy cooking and sharing a Thanksgiving feast with my family coming from Alaska, Oregon, and Washington.  Whether or not you are celebrating this holiday, I hope that your life is full of wonderful things and special people for which you are truly thankful!

This fellow, seen at Valley Nursery, wants you to think about the virtues of tofurkey!

    1. Thanks Rickii! I'm often tempted to make something that's not the traditional turkey meal but don't know if the family would be very happy about that.
